1. Discovery & Brand Brief

We start with a branding questionnaire and a relaxed consultation to understand your vision, target audience, goals, and preferences for both your logo and website.

2. Logo Design First

I begin crafting your logo concepts, focusing on clarity, personality, and strategy. You’ll receive a professional PDF presentation with mockups and variations. Based on your feedback, we refine and finalize the design.

3. Web Design in Figma

Once your logo is complete, I create a custom website layout in Figma. You’ll preview your site before anything is built, ensuring visual consistency with your brand identity.

4. Website Presentation & Edits

You’ll receive a complete design walkthrough with suggested content flow and visuals. We make any final adjustments before moving forward with development.

5. Development & Setup

Your approved design is brought to life in WordPress. I take care of hosting, responsiveness, SEO setup, and any integrations included in your package.

6. Final Delivery & Launch

Once everything is tested and polished, your site goes live! You’ll receive access, files, and basic training so you can confidently manage your brand online.

The timeline depends on your chosen package and how quickly you provide feedback. On average, the Starter package takes 7–10 business days, and the Premium package takes 10–15 business days.

How many revisions are included?

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds—2 for Starter and unlimited for Premium. Additional revisions can be added if needed.

What if I want changes after the final files are delivered?

Minor edits after delivery can be discussed, and additional updates can be quoted separately depending on the complexity.

What formats will I receive?

You’ll receive high-resolution logo files in formats like PNG, JPG, PDF, and SVG—ready for print, digital, and web use. The Premium package also includes editable source files (.AI or .EPS).

Will I own the rights to my logo?

Absolutely. Once the project is completed and full payment is made, the final logo is 100% yours.

Can I request additional brand assets later on?

Of course! I offer add-ons like business card design, social media graphics, packaging, and more. Just let me know what you need.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom and creative nature of this work, refunds are not available. However, I’m fully committed to making sure you’re happy with the final result through collaborative revisions.
